Mike is a professional in every sense of the word. He is a technical expert, of course, but he also exhibits an extremely high level of professional care in the performance of his work. For example, after conducting an entire electrical infrastructural upgrade, he takes the time to label (using a label maker) all circuit breakers on the panel. It’s a small example that says a lot.
